BenRiach 9 Year Old Adelphi

A single cask release from the BenRiach distillery in Speyside, bottled by Adelphi independent bottlers. Distilled in 2012, matured for 9 years in a first-fill sherry hogshead and bottled in 2021. Only 263 bottles were produced. Non-chillfiltered and bottled at a natural strength of 59.6%. Nose: Quite savoury with tiramisu, chocolate fudge cake, sticky toffee pudding, dates, blackcurrant and pink peppercorns. Palate: Sweet and savoury, venison gravy, red cabbage with melted chocolate, minty finish. Finish: Luscious with milk chocolate, cigar notes, vermouth and fudge. #ADELPHI #BENRIACH
