The SWS4T-P254G12V-L3D9-01 is a Single Pole Four Throw (SP4T) electromechanical relay switch that operates across a wide frequency range of DC to 54 GHz and can handle up to 2W of average power in a break‑before‑make condition. The design is rated for 2 million lifecycles and features a Latching Actuator with TTL drive (high level: 2.5 V～5.5 V, low level: 0 V～0.8 V) for channel selection. It also incorporates an auto‑cutoff function: after the control voltage is removed, the switch automatically opens all RF paths within 40 ms to 120 ms (typical). Impressive typical performance includes 1.50 dB insertion loss and isolation greater than 50 dB,and a maximum VSWR of 2.20. This switch requires a +12 Vdc bias voltage and operates over a temperature range of –25 °C to +65 °C.
