This award winning goat dairy collaborated with their neighbors, Leara Farms, to make this soft, cows' + goats' milk cheese that's hand pressed with freshly dried rosemary and extra virgin olive oil. Pair with our Spruce & Candy Salame and caramelized onion jam. Each piece is approximately 7 oz. Store in refrigeration Ingredients: Pasteurized cow and goat milk, salt, cultures, vegetarian rennet.
