Elevate your buttercream skills with our Resident Pastry Chef, Mikayla! Sharpen your piping technique with this back-to-basics, hands-on workshop! In this session, we’ll focus on three essential techniques: Buttercream piping fundamentals Writing with buttercream Creating and using chocolate molds Perfect for beginners and those looking to refine their decorating skills! When: Saturday 24th October 2026 9am - 11am* Where: Cakers Warehouse 4/48 Shandan Cct Albion Park Rail NSW 2527 (Across from Bunnings) What’s Included: All materials and tools provided—just bring yourself! Complimentary tea/coffee/water. Take home your beautifully decorated cupcakes. What You’ll Learn: Become confident in the art of piping with buttercream. Learn how to correctly hold, fill and cut a piping bag. Develop the skills needed to pipe on to cakes directly by completing our in house practice piping sheet. Resident teacher Mikayla will guide you through tips and tricks with different piping style and tips. Explore different ways to pipe inscriptions such as "Happy Birthday" and many more. All students will take home there laminated sheets to further practice at home. Complete the day by practicing on a pre iced cake. Requirements: Skill Level 1: Beginner (no experience needed).
