The people have spoken! 🌸☕ Our Spring Blend has officially been named Larissa - after our very own LICR team member, Larissa, who you’ll know from our Frenchs Forest café (amongst the many other things she does at LICR!). We put the naming in your hands and we couldn’t think of a more fitting result. A blend named by our community, after one of the people who brings so much to Little Italy every day. Meet Larissa - our Spring Roaster's Choice, an amazing post blend: 50% Brazil Peaberry Natural 30% Brazil Vermelha Natural 20% Colombia Bachue washed A rich and balanced blend with notes of chocolate, caramel, and roasted hazelnut. Full-bodied and sweet, with a smooth chocolatey and caramel finish that works beautifully both with milk and as a black coffee.
