The TAURUS® 1-4 C WinTech range combines proven pneumatic-hydraulic riveting performance with integrated setting-process monitoring. Each rivet installation is analysed in real time using traction force and movement data, with results displayed instantly through a green or red LED and an optional acoustic signal. More than 260,000 setting results can be stored for quality control, traceability and troubleshooting. The system can also recognise recurring failure patterns and analyse complete workpieces. TAURUS C WinTech tools can operate independently or integrate into a customer’s production system through the GESIPA® Interface 4.0.
