Mini Choux Puff (Box of 12)

Choux pastry is one of those things that looks deceptively simple and is quietly very difficult to get right. The shell has to be light enough to shatter when you bite it, the filling has to be generous enough to be satisfying, and the whole thing has to hold together with enough dignity to make it from the box to someone's mouth. We've been making choux for a long time. I think ours are very good. Choose from Mango Passion, bright, tropical, and genuinely addictive, or Cafe Mocha, for when you want something a little more grown-up and elegant. For something completely out-of-the-box, choose either the Pengat Durian, made with Musang King durian flesh or the Pengat Cempedak. Both fillings are cooked with traditional ingredients like coconut milk, pandan leaves and time. Neither of them are mild, let's put it that way. Either way, twelve pieces, and the box will be empty before the meeting ends. This I can guarantee.
