From the rich, smoky pork belly to the slow cooked beef short rib, every bite delivers the authentic Morepork BBQ flavour we're known for. Shipping & Storage Meat will be pre smoked, vacuum packed and shipped frozen in temperature controlled boxes. Meat will arrive frozen, partially thawed or fully thawed. Place meat in the refrigerator upon arrival for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Thaw completely in the refrigerator before heating. If picking up in our Kumeu Restaurant, you will receive an email when your order is ready. All orders placed by Friday should be available for pickup the following Thursday. Please do not come in to pick up before you receive the "order is ready for pickup" notification.
