Ladybird - 50 years anniversary bird 196/1000 - Oiva Toikka

This is a special bird called Ladybird. It is a large bird with gold/bronze glimmering spots on the dark brown body and tail. The beak is lustered. It is limited to 1000 numbered pieces that were made in year 2010-2014. This Ladybird is numberd 196/1000. Design by famous professor Oiva Toikka and hand made in the legendary Nuutajärvi glass factory in Finland. Ladybird is described on page 163 in the book "Toikan Lasilinnut-Toikka's Glass Birds".
