A Colombian single origin from Timaná, ground ready for a cafetiere. Timaná sits in Huila, in southern Colombia, which is among the most respected growing departments in the country. Colombian coffees tend to sit in the middle of the range – more sweetness and acidity than a Brazilian, rather less wild than an Ethiopian – which is a large part of why Colombia is the origin most people have already tried. Ground coarse for a cafetiere or filter, so it is ready to use. Around 60g to a litre, four minutes, then plunge.
