2023 Pinot Noir

No chaptalization, added yeasts, filtration or sulfites. The wine is aged for 11 months in 100-year-old wood vats and is racked once in spring. It’s a must-have for Pinot Noir fans, and best expressed after decanting. Unfiltered and no sulfites added.
