Chilli Taralli

Puglia's favourite aperitivo snack, done properly. These organic taralli are made at a local tarallificio with 100% Italian selected wheat and organic extra virgin olive oil, boiled in the traditional style before baking to a perfect crunch — then given a warm, lively kick with Italian chilli and paprika. We love them with a cold beer, a glass of wine, or a proper cocktail — serve alongside charcuterie, olives, and cheese for a true aperitivo spread.
