Substitute Photographer Provision

The substitute photographer clause is a provision in a contract that gives a photographer the right to have another photographer work in their place without a breach of the contract. This is not a full contract. This is only a provision to be added to your existing services contract. IMPORTANT: If you already have a contract from TheLawTog®, you do not need this provision; it is already included in your contract language.
