White Frangipani Wax — A Second, Genuinely Distinct Frangipani Not all frangipani is the same. Our existing Frangipani Absolute captures Plumeria rubra from the perfumery tradition of Kannauj, India — but this CO₂ wax offers a genuinely different expression entirely: Plumeria alba, the white frangipani, grown in Bulgaria and extracted to capture its full lipid and aromatic complexity in creamy wax form. A different species, a different origin, and a different extraction method — a compelling second frangipani for perfumers wanting to explore the full breadth of this beloved tropical flower. As the pure wax is solid at room temperature, we supply it at 50% in IPM (isopropyl myristate) — a lightweight ester that gives a notably clear, workable pourability while preserving the flower's intoxicating character. Scent Profile Rich, creamy, and intensely tropical — a sensual floral warmth with genuine exotic depth, softer and more rounded than a typical white floral absolute. The waxy carrier lends the material a comforting, skin-like quality that gives it real presence and longevity. This is frangipani at its most indulgent and comforting. Perfumery Applications An excellent choice for tropical floral compositions, sensual skin-scent perfumery, and solid balm-style formulations where a genuinely exotic floral warmth is wanted. Used alongside our existing Frangipani Absolute, it allows perfumers to build a genuinely layered frangipani accord spanning two distinct species, origins, and extraction methods.
