Materials & Meaning Black obsidian is traditionally associated with protection and truth, a stone well suited to Capricorn's ability to face intensity and move through challenges with clarity. Labradorite, sometimes called the "Stone of Success," is traditionally linked to inner light and personal growth — qualities that mirror Capricorn's drive to build and achieve. At the center of the mala, the Hawk's Eye meru is traditionally associated with Saturn, Capricorn's ruling planet, known in astrology as the "Lord of Karma." Hawk's eye is traditionally linked to discernment and clear decision-making — qualities suited to leadership and legacy.
