TAMAN TDE2-AC Single Phase 2 Motor Auto Pulsing HEPA Dust Extractor

The TAMAN TDE2-AC is a twin motor, single phase HEPA dust extractor built to keep up with a floor grinder all day. Two Ametek motors move 400 m³/h through a two stage filter system, which is enough air for grinders up to 600 mm working width, including the TAMAN C250. What sets it apart is auto pulsing filter cleaning. The two cylindrical primary filters take turns being pulse cleaned while the machine keeps running, so there is no air compressor to drag around, no stopping every fifteen minutes to shake the filter out, and no slow fade in suction as the day goes on. Built for concrete dust Grinding concrete releases respirable crystalline silica, which is the reason dry grinding without extraction is no longer acceptable on a jobsite. The TDE2-AC runs a two stage system: 3.0 m² of primary filter media, then two H13 HEPA filters, each individually tested and certified to EN 1822-1 and IEST RP CC001.6 at better than 99.99% efficiency at 0.3 microns. Dust drops into a continuous drop down bag, so a full bag is tied off and binned without a second dust cloud.
