Time Machine

A more classic West Coast IPA. We used a touch of caramel malt and a classic hop combination to give that sticky resin characteristic and a higher amount of bitterness. Dark gold and bright in the glass, it opens with orange marmalade and grapefruit on the nose, lifted by sweet jasmine and orange blossom over an earthier depth. The mouthfeel is light and soft, with the first sip bringing juicy orange and papaya tied to a firm herbal, pine-edged character. These resinous notes carry through into a pleasant, persistent bitterness on the finish.
