JullDent 247 D Graft D GRAFT™ is a precision-engineered instrument designed to simplify one of the most technique-sensitive steps in soft tissue grafting-the de-epithelialization of free gingival grafts (FGG). Conventional de-epithelialization is often time-consuming and associated with the risk of uneven tissue removal, graft perforation, or tearing, potentially compromising the quality of the connective tissue graft. D GRAFT™ enables controlled, uniform, and reproducible de-epithelialization, allowing predictable separation of the epithelial layer while preserving the integrity of the underlying connective tissue.
