Bernard took over his grandparents' family winery in Miroudots in 2016 and, with a love for nature, manages 3 hectares of vineyards, 28 hectares of natural meadows and an orchard. All agricultural activities are carried out with an emphasis on ecological methods in a pristine environment. Les Miroudots vineyards are extremely diverse, including 9 grape varieties, 4 of which are disease-resistant, ensuring sustainability and quality of production. This unique combination of tradition, innovation and respect for nature gives rise to authentic wines that perfectly reflect the character of the Noroy-le-Bourg region. Rich fruitiness and spicy notes, with aromas of black fruit and white pepper and a finish that is typical of Poulsard, soft and elegant. The slow extraction produces a wine with delicate tannins and a very fine structure.
