The Season Cast Iron Shallow Casserole is incredibly versatile, and will produce great results whether baking focaccia, cooking a chilli, making a Sunday fry-up on the hob, or so much more. The walls and lid of our casserole are the same thickness to ensure even cooking and baking in the oven. The lid is slightly domed and designed to enable air to circulate and to catch moisture during the cooking and baking process. An array of small dimples on the lid then bastes your dish evenly with the captured moisture, and the flavour of casseroles and roasts to be enhanced.
