How the DF Wash Works The DF Wash features a 14-liter tank and a dual-turbine system that generates a powerful, directed flow of solvent. Rather than simple rotational agitation, the unit uses a manual wash simulation — moving the liquid in a way that mimics hand scrubbing, reaching recesses, cavities, and fine details that static immersion washing would miss. After washing, a dual-fan drying system blows air across the part to remove residual solvent from the surface, leaving it ready to cure with no wet spots. The station also manages solvent filling, emptying, and draining automatically via an electric siphon pump, keeping direct contact with used alcohol or solvent to an absolute minimum. The DF Wash is compatible with several cleaning solvents: isopropyl alcohol (IPA), water (for water-washable resins), or TPM solvent.
