Picture Malbec, powerful, full-bodied, the backbone of Chile's great reds. Now picture it vinified as a rosé: directly pressed, fermented slowly in stainless steel, aged on fine lees for texture and balance. The result is unexpected, and quietly irresistible. The San Carlos estate vines grow in the heart of Colchagua Valley on alluvial and clay-sandy soils, shaped by the Andes and the Pacific. The 2023 vintage brought concentration without sacrificing freshness, a difficult balance, perfectly achieved. In the glass: citrus, white flowers, freshly cut strawberry. On the palate, a lively acidity gives immediate tension and length. The finish is clean with no heaviness whatsoever.
