Sunny, modern apartment with some luxury vintage touch (76 sq m) A stylish apartment in an amazing location, at one of Thessaloniki’s best neighborhoods, next to the seafront, which is just across the street. In a walking distance from the vibrant city center, renovated September 2017, less than 15 minutes away on foot from the Archaeological Museum, Byzantine museum, the Helexpo convention center, the City Hall and/or the White Tower. With an easy access to the university of Macedonia or the Aristotle university of Thessaloniki (less than 20 min on foot). Perfect for couples, friends, colleagues, families & solo travellers. Modern aesthetics and functionality, with some luxury vintage touch, are the main characteristics of the 76 sq. m apartment. It is newly renovated, on the fourth floor, with a security door and is capable of comfortably covering the needs of up to 5 people at a time. The floor of the rooms are from oak wood that offer a sense of warmth in the space that is enhanced with the color choices of the walls. The flat has two bedrooms: the first with a 160cm x 200cm super comfortable double bed, the other one with a single bed and a desk which can be also used as an office. All the beds are equipped with new anatomic memory foam mattresses. Each bedroom has its own closet. The main common space, previously a single long-shaped dining/living room, has been transformed in a multi-functional space that now combines a comfortable living room with a 32” TV with two original vintage armchairs with their side tables, a decoration lamp of 1948, and a self-standing lounge/bedroom with a sofa / double bed. These areas can be fully separated by a pocket door. The air condition has a wi fi function. The bathroom is extremely practical, and equipped with a shower cabin, and a washer. Offers all the amenities you will need for a comfortable and quiet stay, wi fi, fully equipped kitchen, hair dryer, towels, cotton sheets and washing machine! Feels like home! Guests have full access to the whole of the apartment, except for any locked closet or cupboard. They are all to provide you an easy and comfortable stay. There is an elevator to take you to the flat that has been designed to carry three persons (up to 210kgr). I will be glad to host you in my born city. You will be welcomed to the apartment in person and showed around. I am always in a mood to help. – It is of at most importance that you do not engage in any kind of illegal activity in the property – To ensure we keep the wooden floor in perfect condition for every guest, kindly follow our “no shoes policy” – For safety reasons, no unregistered guests are allowed in the apartment. For overnight extra guests a reservation change and our approval is required. – Protect the environment by switching off lights and the A/C or heating, when not necessary or when leaving the house. Excessive usage may result in a proportionate claim being made against the Security Deposit – Please clean your dishes and take out the trash on a daily basis. Garbage bins (green for mixed trash, blue for recyclables) can be easily found directly in front of the building – Help us keep the flat clean & pest-free by not leaving out any food or trash during your stay that might attract uninvited pests. – Lost keys policy: a EUR 100 replacement fee will be charged for every unreturned and/or lost key. – We understand that accidents happen but let us know, if you break or damage something, so that we can arrange for its replacement or repair together. – Please don’t try to open locked cupboards or closets, as we use them for personal belongings. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The flat is situated just a few steps away from Thessaloniki’s breathtaking sea front. The neighborhood is quite calm and one of the safest, great for leisurely strolls, popular local cafe’s, bars, bakeries, swanky restaurants, banks with ATM’s and pharmacies . There is convenient public transportation just up the street to and from the airport with the public bus transit. Taxi’s are also readily available. Thessaloniki can be easily explored on foot! You will find yourself within walking distance from the universities and some of the most important historical and cultural sites of Thessaloniki. The area is ideal for walking or jogging along the seafront of Thessaloniki or among it’s beautiful gardens by the seafront. The garden of the rising sun is 200m away. PUBLIC TRANSFERS Bus station is less than 200m away from the apartment, while the busses from airport and central train station pass by. From June to September there are BoatBus that transfer you to Peraia or Nei Epivates beach for swimming.
