This limited-edition single pot still from Method and Madness is a unique Irish whiskey that was aged in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks, and then finished in virgin Japanese chestnut casks – a first of its kind. The nose is filled with peppermint leaves, caramelised almonds and ground pepper, while the palate offers liquorice, orange zest, ripe fruit, garden herbs, roasted coffee beans, cooling menthol and lingering spices.
