Hi everyone, our names are Trotter, Holiday, and Scully! We are specially trained facility dogs at Cleveland Clinic Children's. Facility dogs are highly trained service dogs that work in healthcare settings and perform specialized tasks. As full-time employees of the hospital, we come to work every day with our Child Life Specialist and Recreation Therapist handlers, and it's our job to bring joy to children battling illness and recovering from injury. Our goal for this program is to foster the incredible healing and joy-enhancing power of dogs in pediatric hospital settings.
