The Performer Silver also features a Tuck-Away lid holder that allows the lid to slide back and out of the way when accessing your roast and a lid mounted thermometer to monitor the cooking temperature inside the barbecue. And because it comes equipped with the new Weber® Gourmet BBQ System, you can create the ultimate charcoal cooking system by adding a sear grate, wok, pizza stone or griddle.
