Warranty and Returns 12 Month Warranty The Ultra Face Lift Tool is covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects and faults. We stand behind the quality of this tool and want you to have complete confidence in your purchase. What is covered Any fault or defect in materials or workmanship that arises under normal use within 12 months of purchase. What is not covered Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, failure to follow care instructions, or normal wear and tear. Change of mind purchases are not covered. We will assess your claim and, where a fault is confirmed, offer a full refund to your original payment method.
