2016 McKenna D1 Acoustic-electric Guitar

John McKenna is a custom builder and high-end repair tech working out of his small shop in Blacksburg, VA. This custom dreadnought (serial number 50) features a beautiful redwood top and mahogany back and sides. It's not usual that we see a slot head 14-fret dread, but we absolutely love the way it looks. Another feature we love is the lace wood binding and rosette. With it's jumbo frets, 25" scale, and rather thin neck with 1-3/4" nut, this guitar is fast. It is also incredibly balanced and very right hand sensitive. It is also gig-ready with an LR Baggs Element VTC. Access Stage One gig bag included.
