Aromas & Palate: The wine offers a classic Cabernet Franc blast of green bell pepper and sun-ripened tomato, followed by wild red fruit. Structure & Body: It features a medium body, fine-grained tannins, and a refreshing acidity that keeps the dark berries and herbal notes lively on the palate. Winemaking: The fruit is sourced from Los Sauces in Mendoza (under 980 MASL) and spends 10 months aging in French oak barrels. This style pairs best with rich, savoury, and moderately gamey foods.
