Seeded spelt

This week we are adding seeds to our classic spelt loaf. Seeds are not only super healthy and nutritious but add such a lovely toasty nutty flavor and crunchiness. Not extremely popular amongst you but I know that some of you are really keen on seeds. ( No dairy/honey) Ingredients : organic wheat and spelt, sourdough, salt, seeds : pumpkin/sunflower/ linseeds/flaxseed. For allergens see ingredients in bold.
