ZapperBox devices come with a one-year warranty starting on the date of purchase. An optional recurring annual extended warranty is available for an additional fee, which can be canceled at any time.

• The warranty covers hardware breakdowns but excludes physical or water damage.
• A $20 USD per incident fee covers round-trip shipping.
• The extended warranty must be purchased within one year of the initial product purchase and must be active at the time of any loss.
• The warranty fee is non-refundable.
• Coverage ceases after the warranty expires.
• The warranty does not cover accessories.
• Additional state and local taxes may apply.
