Reserve a half share of Tennessee farm-raised lamb for spring 2027. Only 40 available spots. Your $150 payment today serves as a deposit toward the fixed $350 total purchase price. The remaining $200 balance will be due before pickup or delivery. Estimated Contents of Your Half-Lamb Share Each share is expected to contain approximately 22–26 pounds of professionally cut and packaged lamb, including: 1 bone-in leg of lamb, approximately 5–8 pounds 1 shoulder roast, approximately 3–5 pounds 6–8 rib chops 6–7 loin chops 2 lamb shanks 1 package of lamb ribs or breast Approximately 4–6 pounds of ground lamb Liver, heart and kidney upon request and when available (free) Cuts will be divided as evenly as possible between the two shares from each animal. Exact cuts, package quantities and finished weight will vary according to the animal’s size, processing yield and the butcher’s final cut.
