The Rice Lake SCT-4XD Integrator is a high-speed belt scale and bulk material weighing instrument designed for continuous weighing and process control applications. It can manage up to four load cells on a single scale and supports dual speed encoders with outputs for automatic test weight application. The SCT-4XD features a Micro-USB communication port for configuration, diagnostics, and data backup using Rice Lake Tools software. Removable terminal blocks simplify electrical-panel wiring, while the industrial power supply circuit provides protection for demanding operating environments. Optional communication configurations include EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, and Modbus TCP/IP. The SCT-4XD can also be paired with the Rice Lake 1280 terminal, which provides a web server and system configuration menus.
