Custom Seat Foam Replacement & Tailored Re-Upholstery ​Sourcing and custom-shaping of new premium high-density seat foam cores. ​Refitting original vintage striped seat upholstery carefully over the new foam profiles. ​Specialized hand-stitching and pulling to tension existing seat fabric flush against new foam, ensuring a crisp, tailor-fit profile with no sagging. ​Padding Adjustment (If Needed): If required, we will add Dacron fiber wrap to achieve a full, rounded cushion profile, or perform custom hand-stitching to pull existing fabric tighter over the core. ​Re-stitching bottom base borders directly onto new foam cores via specialized hand-upholstery techniques. ​5. Final Delivery ​Protective packaging, loading, and return delivery back to the customer's premises. ​Out of Scope, Fabric Notes & Optional Upgrades ​Backrest Cushions, Foams & Button Tufting (Currently Out of Scope) Under this baseline quote, the backrest structures, original button-tufted back cushion foams, and back upholstery will not be replaced, un-stitched, or structurally altered. ​Recommended Optional Upgrade: Backrest Re-foaming (Est. $1,500 + GST) If you would like us to un-stitch the backrests, replace the degraded back foam, and re-tuft the buttons, we estimate an additional $1,500 + GST (ranging between $1,000–$2,000 depending on exactly how the original buttons are anchored).
