Japanese BBQ sauce

This yakiniku sauce is made in the same miso brewery as our Hokkai miso. In fact, our miso forms the very foundation of this sauce. Brush it over meat on the barbecue, use it as a marinade for yakiniku, or serve it as a dipping sauce alongside grilled vegetables. It's also delicious stirred through a stir-fry.
