HIGH OLEIC Peanut Butter- Creamy **NEW PRODUCT**

A smarter peanut. An incredibly simple peanut butter. We’ve been working on this one for a while, and we are so excited to finally introduce you to the newest member of the Georgia Grinders family: HIGH OLEIC PEANUT BUTTER Made from High Oleic peanuts grown right here in Georgia by our farmer friends and ground into the kind of peanut butter you’ve come to expect from us. INGREDIENTS: High Oleic Peanuts + Kosher Sea Salt. Yep. That’s it! No added sugar. No added oils. No palm oil. No emulsifiers. No fillers. No junk. BUT WHAT IS A “HIGH OLEIC” PEANUT? So glad you asked! High Oleic peanuts are special peanut varieties that naturally contain a higher proportion of oleic acid and a lower proportion of linoleic acid than conventional peanuts. Oleic acid is a monounsaturated fatty acid and if that name sounds familiar, there’s a reason. It’s also the predominant fatty acid found in olive oil and full of heart-healthy benefits. The really cool part? We didn’t add anything to the peanut to get it there. High Oleic peanuts naturally have a different fatty-acid profile. Also, because oleic acid is more resistant to oxidation than polyunsaturated fats, High Oleic peanuts also have excellent oxidative stability, which helps preserve their incredible flavor and freshness.
