YYC Community Cider - 2022

Hello YYC! This is a cider to showcase the Good Apples of Calgary. Each fall we open our doors and receive donations of fruit from backyard trees all over Calgary. This is the sixth year running making this truly special Calgary Cider, made possible by Calgarians’ generosity A true Calgary cider-the first of its kind. We sort and hand press every apple, fermenting with wild yeasts living on the skin of the apples. This cider was aged for 12 months on the lees. With notes of lemon curd, tart green apple, tangerine zest, and honeysuckle aromatics. You can taste the community of this city in every sip. Through the generosity of Calgarians, a portion of all proceeds will be donated to the Leftovers Foundation.
