Technical Information: Wine: Fortified Sweet Red Wine Composition: A blend of 2022 vintage of Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon, fortified with 18 year old Obeidi brandy. Vineyards: Northern Beqaa Soil: Limestone & gravel Harvest date: 6 Sep & 13, 26 Sep 2022 using 20 kg cases Harvest: Handpicked Fermentation:; In stainless steel tanks at 24 – 26 °C for 3 days Maturation: Aged in French oak barrels for 38 months Closure: Natural cork Technical Data: pH 3.6 - TA (as Sulfuric Acid) 3.5 g/l - RS 90 g/l – Alc. 19.5% Notes: The color is deep garnet with glowing ember-like reflections at the rim. The nose is a complex concoction of dates, black cherries, prunes and orange peel, layered with whispers of spearmint, nutmeg, cinnamon and cedar. The palate is rich and velvety with concentrated dark fruit and chocolate giving way to a long lingering finish. Food pairing suggestions: Best enjoyed slightly chilled, paired with dark chocolate, aged cheeses or simply on its own. Available in 750ml
