Three Stages. One Continuous Injury. Bruises 3 is designed specifically with professional continuity in mind. The same bruise designs are reproduced at three different stages of healing, allowing an identical injury to progress realistically through a production: Bruises 3A – Freshly Bruised The newest stage of the injury, showing fresh bruising. Bruises 3B – Slightly Aged The identical bruise designs progressed to a slightly older stage. Bruises 3C – Final Stages The same injuries further progressed to the final stages of healing. Start with 3A when the injury first occurs, move to the matching design on 3B as time passes within the story, then finish with 3C as the bruise reaches its final stages. For film and television makeup artists, this provides a brilliantly simple solution to injury continuity without having to manually recreate and age the same bruise across multiple scenes or shooting days.
