The Puchang story began in 2008 when Mr. K.K. Cheung, an entrepreneur from Hong Kong, decided to dedicate his passion and effort in producing the best wines from Xinjiang, aiming to change the worlds perception on winemaking in China. Located in Turpan Valley near the Tianshan Mountains Basin, the Estate farms 67 hectares of vines with an annual production of around 130 to 150 thousand bottles. Only organic and sustainable products are used to farm the vineyards. Certified Organic by Ecocert Saperavi 2016 An ancient grape originated in Georgia and introduced in China in 1957 An expressive nose of black fruits, pepper, cinnamon, spice and violets. A seductive palate , very open and welcoming with an explosion of fruit and spice. Nice minerality since the first sip.
