Fin Alignment Guides
These Fin Alignment Guides are CNC machined in Texas using 1/8" HDPE. Unlike plywood, cardboard, or fiberglass, this HDPE material has a slick glassine surface which means that epoxy doesn't easily stick. The HDPE is also pliable making installation and removal that much easier. Relief cuts are also provided at the fin roots. Sold in a set of two, these fin alignment guides make fin setup a breeze by acting as a second set of hands and removing the guess work to mount fins perpendicular to the airframe. Designed to accommodate the Kozmo line of filament wound fiberglass airframes, which generally share the same dimensions as legacy kit makers. Fin slots are sized at 1/8".
