Three things follow from them. 300 psi (20.7 bar) is the glass. 250 psi (17.2 bar) is the system. An N.B. Oler hydrocarbon system is designed to 250 psi (17.2 bar), and that is what the relief valve is set to. The lowest applicable limit always governs, so do not read 300 psi (20.7 bar) as permission to run a system to 300 psi. -15 psi (-1.0 bar) is your vacuum limit for the whole assembly. ECR-250902-R0 names the 2 inch sight glass as the limiting component on minimum pressure. Everything else in the system goes deeper. The glass is fused to the metal ring rather than clamped against a seal, so there is no gasket inside the window to creep, take a set or be attacked by solvent.
