It opens on sweet mandarin orange and the crisp snap of granny smith, carries a hint of mango through the middle, and finishes on jasmine. Ethiopia brings the brightness; Malaysian Liberica gives the cup its body, so the fruit stays juicy rather than thin. How to Brew Mandarin Sorbet Espresso 1:2 ratio, 18g in for 36g out in 28-32 seconds Filter 1:15 ratio, water at 93°C If your espresso tastes sharp or thin, grind a little finer; if it tastes harsh or dry, grind coarser.
