These little imperfections add to the special character of your piece, and while we work hard to keep your design looking great, they’re part of what makes your item truly one-of-a-kind. Since each project is unique and involves a lot of time and personalization, we’re unable to offer refunds. If you can’t make it to a workshop, feel free to pass your spot to a friend or family member, or request for your project to be a take-home kit. Just a heads-up—if you don’t show up and haven’t let us know, we’ll have to keep your payment and project.
