It retains the practical construction found in workwear of the era while highlighting the distinctive texture of the fabric and the jacket’s silhouette. The jacket is made from 100% cotton sulfur-dyed twisted heather twill. Although presented in a solid color, the twisted heather yarn gives the fabric a richly layered appearance. With repeated wear and washing, the color gradually changes, developing the distinctive depth and character associated with sulfur-dyed fabrics. The clean design, free from excessive decoration, allows the texture of the fabric and the jacket’s original form to stand out.
