Watermelon Gummy brings together two expressive Colombian coffees for a cup led by watermelon candy, white peach and mint. The foundation comes from Brayan Alvear's Watermelon Process Caturra at Las Palmas, where carefully controlled fermentations are paired with a watermelon culture to produce an incredibly clean yet intensely juicy cup. It's then blended with Candy Blast from Forest Coffee, an experimental honey-process coffee crafted to push bright watermelon candy, white peach sweetness, and bubblegum-like aromatics even further. The result tastes exactly like the name suggests. Watermelon candy leads the way, followed by bright stone fruit sweetness and a nostalgic bubblegum finish. It's playful, unmistakable, and one of the most fun coffees we've roasted this year.
