How to use & enjoy Heat it as S&B directs: boil the unopened pouch uncovered for 3–5 minutes, or empty it into a covered microwave-safe dish (never microwave the pouch). For katsu curry, add a crumbed pork or chicken cutlet; S&B also suggests it as a dipping sauce.
