Steriflow SVC Series Sanitary Check Valve

The Steriflow SVC (Sanitary Vertical Check) Series is a high-performance spring-loaded valve specifically engineered to prevent reverse flow in vertical high-purity piping systems. Optimized for the biopharmaceutical, cosmetic, and food industries, the SVC ensures unidirectional flow in process lines, protecting sensitive upstream equipment from backpressure and potential contamination. Its specialized vertical configuration is ideal for upward flow paths in WFI loops and product transfer lines. Constructed from 316L Stainless Steel with a standard 20 Ra (0.5 µm) internal surface finish, the SVC Series meets the most stringent sanitary standards (ASME BPE). The design features a heavy-duty spring that ensures positive, bubble-tight shut-off and minimizes "chatter" or vibration during operation. All wetted parts are manufactured from USP Class VI compliant materials, including EPDM, Viton, or Silicone seals, providing full compatibility with aggressive process fluids and high-temperature cleaning cycles. The SVC series is fully Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) compatible, featuring a crevice-free internal geometry that eliminates dead legs and prevents bacterial growth. With easy Tri-Clamp connections and a simple, maintainable design, this valve provides long-term reliability and a low cost of ownership. Whether used in pump discharge lines, buffer preparation systems, or vertical drain lines, the Steriflow SVC delivers the process integrity required for sterile manufacturing. For biopharmaceutical and sanitary industrial use. 3-A and USP Class VI compliant. Designed for vertical installation in high-purity water, chemical, and product lines.</p>
