Pilot Metropolitan MR Chanomegumi Fountain Pen - Roasted Tea Brown

The Pilot Metropolitan MR Chanomegumi Limited Edition Fountain Pen - Roasted Tea Brown expands the Metropolitan collection with a finish inspired by the natural beauty and cultural tradition of Japanese green tea. The warm brown finish recalls roasted tea leaves, pairing earthy color with the Metropolitan’s clean, tapered profile. Craftsmanship & Design The Chanomegumi collection was developed around three tea-inspired colorways—Deep Green, Light Green, and Roasted Tea Brown—each coordinated with a matching pen case. Every MR fountain pen features a unique center-band pattern inspired by the iris flower, adding a distinctly Japanese decorative detail not found elsewhere in the Metropolitan MR lineup. The familiar Metropolitan metal-bodied silhouette remains balanced and approachable for everyday writing, while the limited-edition finish gives this version a more collectible identity. Writing Experience This model uses Pilot’s stainless steel nib and cartridge/converter filling system, combining reliable everyday performance with the flexibility to use either cartridges or bottled ink.
