Flush the basin's hair trap daily to maintain optimal water drainage, and routinely inspect the rear access panel to ensure the tapware remains watertight under high commercial pressure. Operational Realities & Maintenance FAQ How does the manual recline mechanism hold up to heavy daily use? ▼ The manual model relies on a heavy-duty mechanical lever system engineered specifically for high-turnover commercial salon environments. Unlike cheap residential recliners, this commercial-grade mechanism withstands the shifting weight of diverse body types without stripping gears or losing tension over time. Is the standard basin deep enough to prevent water splashing during aggressive emulsification? ▼ Yes, the standard basin is ergonomically sloped for everyday washing. However, if your salon specialises in high-volume colour corrections, heavy bleaching, or vigorous scalp massages, we highly recommend selecting the deep ceramic basin option to guarantee maximum splash containment and keep the stylist's apron dry. Do I need a specialised plumber to install the tapware? ▼ Any licensed local plumber can easily install this unit. It includes Australian-approved tapware and features a convenient rear access panel on the pedestal to streamline the connection process[cite: 3]. Remember, installation by a licensed plumber is mandatory to maintain your 5-year structural and 2-year vinyl warranties[cite: 3].
